Write to privacy@westengenstudio.com. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. Say which city and day it is about if it is about a plan.
How a plan is made
Every stop is a real, named place from open data (OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, Wikivoyage, Overture), with its sources. AI writes some sentences and chooses among the places it is given; it cannot add a place, a price or an opening hour. Where nothing real fits, the plan leaves the time open.
A place is wrong or closed
Open data can be out of date. Tap Swap on the stop to put something else in its place, and write to privacy@westengenstudio.com with the place's name and city so we can correct the source.
Using it without a connection
Your trips and today's plan open without a connection once they have been opened once on the device. Making a new plan or changing one needs a connection.
Your location
Your position is asked for only when you tap Find the nearest stop, checked once on the device to find the stop on today's plan you are nearest, and never sent or stored. You can turn location off in the phone's settings at any time; everything else works without it.
Your data and deleting it
Without an account, trips live only on your device; deleting the app or clearing the site's data removes them. With an account on the web, Profile → Account → Delete account removes everything at once. The privacy page lists what is stored and for how long.
The iPhone app
The first version of the app has no account: trips stay on the phone. The activity library and booking open on the website, where some booking links earn us a commission — it never changes the price or the order.
