Terms of use
Short, because there is not much to agree to.
What this is
A trip planner. You answer some questions and it builds a day-by-day plan from places it can attribute to a source. It is a suggestion, not a booking, and not advice.
How accurate it is
Opening hours, prices and whether somewhere still exists all come from sources that are sometimes out of date. Every place shows where its facts came from and when they were fetched, and a place we could not verify is marked as unverified rather than quietly mixed in with the rest. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — a closed door on a Sunday is not something we can be responsible for.
Weather is a forecast.
Your trips are yours
You keep every right you have in what you write. We do not publish your trips, sell them, or show them to anyone you have not sent a link to.
What is ours, and what is not
The product, its design and its wording are ours. The place data is not: it belongs to the projects it came from and is used under their licences, which are named on every place. OpenStreetMap data is under ODbL, Wikimedia content under its own per-file licences, and both require the attribution you can see on the page.
Booking
Some activities link out to Viator, which sells them. We earn a commission when you book through one of those links; the price is the same either way, and a link that earns nothing is shown exactly like one that does. We are not part of the transaction and cannot help with a booking, a refund or a cancellation.
Fair use
Do not scrape it, do not hammer it, and do not use it to plan anything illegal. The rate limits are set for a person using the product, not for a script.
Liability
The product is provided as it is, with no warranty. We are not liable for a trip that went badly, a place that had closed, a price that had changed, or a plan you lost by clearing your browser. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live, and if you are in the EEA or the UK your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
Delete your account whenever you like, from the profile screen. We may close an account that is being used to attack the service, and would tell you why.
Which law
Norwegian law, and the Norwegian courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your own.
